I went to downloadzone for a temporary trial of $1.99 and I watched my account and $1.99 was never taken out but $69.95 from getsupportsite.com was. I thought somebody broke into my account until I googled they are tied with downloadzone and many others encountered the same problem I did. And I went to my account and was not able to unauthorize the transaction from them.
