They said they would get a stay on car repro find a new finance company and two months off first two car payments they wanted $500 to work the request we could not do that much so we were phoned and and within the several calls we recieved from them we agreed to pay $300 After they recieved payment we waited for a day then trieds to call them we had heard nothing since we sent money the phones were none exsistant and they closed down the web site the money was a po box and there was no phsycal address to be found the only thing that helped us get our money back was we used our bank card so we called the bank fraud center now today they wrote the bank and stated that we have beedn a Gold Card member for Two years and they have note spoken to us at all on any subject the first we heard of them was the internet May 17th 20011 when we tried to find out who and where they were the trail took us thru three states and florida benng the last the business did not exsis evert The bank is giving them back the $300 and wants to penalize us for false statements how can this be the bank went thur this whole thing with us and the copy of the letter they sent the bank has no phone nor address even internet address to contact them at the bank says it is up to us to prove they are not a valid business.
