I hired Fox Realty Services as a property management company the first job was to clean out a vacant house. They were paid $325.00 to for the clean up and disposal of the trash. They also did tenant placement for another property the total fee for their services was $900.00 which equated to the month security and I was supposed to receive the month rent the tenant moved in on 8/4/12, they were also hired to manage my other properties for which they received $265.00 from the tenant. I went to Baltimore on 8/20/12 to start repairs on the property which was supposed to be cleaned to find no work had been done. I also advised that my monies had not been deposited in my bank account. I was told that I would receive a refund for the clean up and that the check was in the mail for the rents collected. Today is 8/30/12 I have not received any money and my calls are going to voice mail. I need a resolution. I was also billed insufficient funds from my bank in the amount of $70.00. Total amount $1560.00 less $212.00 for a lead inspection leaving a balance due me of $1348.00, plus payment for any legal fees related to this complaint.
