On January 13,2012, I brought a Watches to WatchBrokers for the purpose of selling. Two of the Watches were Franck Muellers. A Franck Mueller Master Square which I paid $7,500 and a Franck Mueller Casablanca which I paid $12,000. The other watch was a Breitling Men's Diamond Encrusted A13370 $25,000. I was greeted by Eric Toso and told the amount they could get for each watch. The Master Square $6,500, The Casablanca $4,800 and the Breitling $7,600. He assured me they would be in good hands, they had insurance up to $1, 000,000 with Berkley Asset Protection Insurance Company. All 3 watches were sold within a few days. When I inquired about the checks, they did not return my phone calls or answer my e-mails. I went into the Store and was told to contact Brandy Bennett. I did and got no response. I was then told to contact Bridgette Jackson. She did respond and told me I had to wait 6 months before receiving any money due me. As of this coming Saturday, September 1, 2012, it will be 9 Months! My Husband and I went to their Showroom at 3073 Peachtree Rd. NE Atlanta, GA 30305 yesterday. It was empty! They cleared out with no forwarding address or new contact information. I immediately phoned Eric Toso, Senior Watch Broker, NO REPLY!
