I was directed to this site and filled out what I thought was a free registration. To my surprise I was billed $99 on my credit card. I called for a refund and they e-mailed me a link which I am still trying to log on to for a refund. Based on other letters I have seen-it appears they will not issue a refund and I may have to contacat my state's attorney general's office and dispute the charge with my credit card company.
