I signed up for Free slimtone plus trial on 03 July 2012 , immediately after signing up i read the terms and conditions and realised that this is in fact a monthly charged autoship and no free trial as stated. 10 minutes later i was on the phone to them and stated that i want to cancel my order. They told me it had already been dispatched. I was incredulous dispatched in 10 mins!! I really dont think so. Anyway they cancelled my account and told me to send back the products once i received them, i answered that I really did not believe that i would receive any as i thought it impossibel that they had already been sent. I received an email stating my account had been cancelled and to this day have never received any products from this company. On Aug 1st £75 was taken from my account!! I emailed them and was told that they were aware that my account had been cancelled but as i had not sent back the goods that they had charged me. I replied that I have never received anything from them and how can i send back something that i have not had. I am furious at this company and am awaiting a refund. I will keep you informed. I am contacting my cc company as I have been charged for goods not received.
