Holding me to a contract I wish to cancel.
Even though new owners will be taking over the
property. They were going to refund the one
payment I made, but denied it a short time later, saying we never said that. Terminex said
they had made a treatment at the time of the
contract, but they didn't, but I let it go and
told them to take the payment I made to cover.
I don't know why I let them hoodwink me but I did. Please help me get them off by back. If
they turn this over to the credit bureaus I'm
ready to sue them.
