i was told when i visited the kmart webpage that i had been selected as the "winner" of a bottle of cologne and all i had to pay was $5.99 for s&h so i agreed to pay that amount and the next thing i knew i had been charged $95.00 for joining there club because i did not notify them within 14 days of receiving the cologne. the only thing in the package i received was a postcard advertising another bottle i could buy and i looked back on the page i ordered the 1st bottle and there was nothing stating anything about the charge. i sent them several emails about this and was finally told by joyce bower in the billing dept that my account had been closed and i would not be charged anything else as of aug 2,2012 at 9:29:59 am but to my surprise when i looked at my bank statement on 8/29/12 i had been charged another $49.99 which caused my checking account to be overdrawn which resulted in me having to pay $30.00. i have notified the company about this but haven't heard anything. please make everyone now that this company is nothing but a bunch of theives that take people's money without them being aware of this
