my husband went on line for goverment grants to improve our home, we got a call from a company called USA Treasury Dept. located at 200 Independant Ave.,S.West Washington, 20201.Phone # 1 206 201 2316. The problem i have is they are willing too give us $7200.00 but we first have to donate $260.00 to the American Red Cross through Western Union and they want my bank account info, this sounds like a scam to me
