Shaboom Media has charged me $9.99/m through T-Mobile since December 2011, though I never heard that company nor agreed to use their service. I was aware of the charge in my cell phone bill in August 2012, called T-Mobile and got contact number of Shaboom Media. When I called, the representative said that they are only able to refund $19.98 due to their protocol although the total unauthorized charge is $89.91. More than that, they refused letting me to talk to their supervisor because company's privacy.
