I ordered an IPad from Excel Mart for $230 plus $40 shipping. Had to send money via Western Union so the transaction could be completed. They did receive my money and now tell me that I have to send $135 more to clear customs.
"When we ship your order to the customs today,we contacted them at the first time why the order is under inspection for so long time and not shipped out, but a piece of bad news we have to inform you at the first time as we have negotiated with them many times without any result.You should pay 135 USD for tax."
I have contacted them and they say they can do nothing until I send the additional $135. They said they paid half of customs, but that would make the total customs be as much as the order plus shipping.
Anything you could do would be greatly appreciated.
