I was aproved for a loan on July 15, 2011 that was to be funded within 72 hours. From that time on he requested fees be paid to cover expenses for the loan starting with a processing fee. Robert Ongaro asked that all fees be sent to Williams Godwin via Western Union. Then he stated that I needed to pay a Value-added tax, then document transfer fees which came to a total of $13,448. I paid the fees and he was to transfer the loan to my account. The loan was not funded and I have been unable to get in touch with him through his company email: [email protected] or by phone: +60163431914. How do I get my money back? And how do we stop his web site from damaging anyone else?
