First of all this apartment complex is run by a vengeful female manager and her staff is nasty or some of her staff anyway. I moved out of this apartment in immaculate condition on February 29, 2012. She REFUSED to allow me to do a walk through because I did not trust her. I had issues with not even her but since she usually was not ever in the office any time I was there to talk with her is not doable. I took my issues which were actually not large to the people who WERE in the office Terri and Emmi and EMMI was abusive and rude because afterall we had not been bound by a lease so guess they don't have to be polite any longer. Due to the handling of the problem, I took it to the management company. Not long after, the manager herself invited me to move to another property. No complaints ever brought to me that we were offending in anything, but little would I know that due to those complaints SHE the manager would decide we no longer deserved to live there and decided they were not going to renew my lease. I attempted to contact the property management who refused to discuss anything with me even though I was STILL legally under a lease and actually did not seem to know this was happening. NOW Legacy Springs is suing me for something. I have NOT received my deposit. They have NEVER attempted to contact me even at my work which is the same place I worked at when I moved in to let me know I owed money. They claim they demanded money to avoid additional costs and obviously a lawsuit. Management is too scared to deal with tenants, management company is too scared to help the tenants and are a crooked company period. If I owe any money they need to take it out of my deposit. I moved out on time and in absolute perfect condition.
