In package of Auravie products I received there is no any Terms and Conditions is attached so I would know what to follow. I also received two e-mails from Auravie stating item being shipped and the welcome to product family and nothing is telling me to call to cancel if not satisfy with the products. To me, this is (fraud) bad service from Auravie not clearly inform customer on what need to be done after product is received. I’m dispute the charge of this product of 97.88 which I don't receive the product since the free trail, and after work with your customer support on the issue with no result I decide to work with my bank and BBB agency to file a complaint on Auravie hidden terms and conditions that I should have received via e-mail or in the package that was shipped to me.
