The USPS is a great organization. They are just one of many that make America a leader in the world. Having said that I am at a lost as to how one post office can be great and the next one is an absolute disaster. Perhaps this is the only one that is this bad. Lets hope so.

I have been shipping packages of all shapes and sizes for over 4 years. including USPS, FEDEX and UPS. The only problem I have ever had on any occasion is when shipping thought the Carlisle Post Office in Carlisle, PA. With out fail it has always been a huge hassle. My postage labels form Ebay. PayPal and Stamps.com have always been excepted. The other three local post offices I use as well as the postal carries that pick them up from my house not only do not have a problem with the labels they are also very nice and professional people to deal with. I do not understand how this is possible but it is. Is this where the term ("going postal comes from?) These are not isolated cases. They happen with without fail during every transaction. (don't get me wrong. you can by stamps, mail or p/u a letter or change your address but if something requires thought forget it.) Please don't close our little post offices.
