following a purchase from thomassabocollections.com , really poor quality copies arrived and returned for refund.

send the same copied and pasted response wait two billing cycles for funds to be returned this puts you out of visa's 120 day limit, as I now know to my expense.

even in responce to their merchant stating funds have left our account to merchant bank.
