My husband & I researched payday loans online and so his information is in the air. We are now getting phone calls (2 within 2 weeks--different numbers and different area codes) stating that we never paid the loan back that we supposedly took out on July 27, 2012 in the amount of $400.00. We never took any loan out and we never received any money into our bank account. They have threatened my husband with an arrest, of which no one came, and today with a law suit. They used very abusive language with us because my husband told him that we never took a loan from any online company. We have received these calls from two different states. I have an area code for the first call and a phone number and state for the second call.
