i applied for a free sample, and paid for postage, it said that when the product came on the market i would get the offer to buy at half price. they have taken the money from my account. i am on income support and i am now left with no money. when i called they said it was not a free sample it was a trial product. and that i have to pay for it. how can they change it from a free sample to trial product. they are misleading the public. and not interested that i am now left with no money. i asked what i had been charged for and he said the products. and i said nowhere on the invoice is there an individual price for the products. and if i am being charged the invoice should have been itemised and priced. he was not interested.
