Ordered a free trial pack, just had to pay postage. £75 was then taken from my bank account on the above date. Tried phoning the number on their website 0844 745 9698, but like expected Im just told you should hold all their representatives are busy. Busy ripping other people off, I would more call it. I'm really annoyed!! And would like my money back.
