After starting to fill out an order for a free trial, I changed my mind and closed out of the form before I gave them any credit card info. Unfortunately, I did not erase my email address before closing out the form. Archives.com started spamming me with requests to use their service. On no less than three occasions, I have requested to be "unsubscribed" (even tho I did not request a subscription), and Archives has refused to take my name off their spam list and cease sending me unwanted emails. Seems they "don't understand the problem" and can't read when I stated that there was no order - Archives supposedly can't "unsubscribe" me without an order number. Sure.
