I received a phone call about a loan that was supposed to be for $500.00 paid back in five months. I was told and unfortunately did, to go to Walmart and purchase a Green Dot Money Pak for $102.00. Then I was to wait so the company, represented by a "Thomas" at extension 117, could verify that my funds were there. I got a call back and was told the IRS wants me to pay them another $110.00 in order to give me the money. I did not do that, told the foreign-accented man that I was not doing so, and he hung up on me. I have been trying for every day since then to talk to someone, and I either get hung-up on, or a busy signal. I told a"Supervisor" Ryan, that I wanted to cancel my loan and get my money back and he just hung up on me. WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE AND THE MONEY WE HAVE LOST?? I have not contacted GreenDot because it really looks like I just purchased a GreenDot card and gave someone the code off the back, and the first thing they tell you is not to do so. Any advice would be helpful. Lisa
