They did the exact same thing to me and I can't believe I fall for them. They told me they work with microsof and had me check few things here and there in my computer and show me error and warnings. Then they had me type in few thing and took over my computer without my consent. That's where i got suspecious. I asked them initially that if it is a sales call and what do i have to pay at the end. The guy keep telling me not you don't have to buy anything. At the end, he was like it will cost you $199.99 to remove all the stuff from ur computer. I was so upset. I immediately shut off all the windows and turnd off my computer. he seemd pretty upset about it and said "oh you shut off our network. Thanks a lot!" I hope he didnt' get to take my personal information but please be aware of this scam. If this is their way of marketing their service, this is completely un acceptable!!!
