i opened the package and there were worm like bugs inside the wax liner. it was not outdated. i had just purchased this within a month ago. the best if used by date was 02/19/13 i always check the best used by dates when i purchase items and felt that this was a safe leeway. i have been using jiffy products for years and was very diappointed to have this happen. so out os character for your company.
