I purchased a bottle of Lipo Slim Extreme green coffee bean online from Healthier Balance, LLC in Phoenix, Arizona. I paid for the bottle, then later on July 28, 2012, my debit card was hit again for 79.00. I did not sign up for any ongoing charges or product.
