I used my debit card to call my friend when my plane landed in Barcelona and in London. Both Calls 3 min.When I checked my balance today, I found out that I was charged $87. Moreover, my bank can not do anything about that. They just told me to wait until they get the money because they are in hold now. After I can file a claim.
