Pak watan cargo Ltd, took, our goods to be sent to Karachi on 25th of July 2012, they charged us £63 for 37kg. The goods we sent were gifts to my family and friends and were mainly clothes shoes and handbags (I have a list of all the goods that I sent and it cost me £1675.
On 11th of August I recieved a strange call from the company asking me for invoice number and plausable reason, then on 23rd of the company the driver and his partner came to our house informing us that their Van with our and 11 other customers goods had been stolen and the driver had lost all his family belongings and was begging for forgivness, and offered me £63 refund and vouchers for free shipping to Pakistan with the same company. I called the company the next day and I was being fed with more lies and when I told the the lady what the driver and his friend had said, she simply replied that they were lying and she was telling the truth. I asked for a written explanation and frankly I dont hold much hope. Please advise me and let me know if any body else has been a victim from this company.
