I've been talking to a man named David Squires and his telephone no is 1-800-858-3528. sometimes a get an answering machine. He has been the main source of contact for this so called company. He asked numerous questions and told me that i needed to speak to the director and that was scheduled for 8-24-12 at 4:00pm central standard time. I was home and they never called.

Home Revenue System is run by High Speed Revenue in Miami Beach, Florida. Although these programs are scams, you can get a refund by calling 888-702-7560, then press option 3. I was successful in getting a refund in full. This was verified by checking with my bank. The $98 charge was refunded on August 27, 2012.
