I tried to buy the 3rd part of a program on line and globeclick says my payment failed, yet when I spoke to my credit card company, they said there was no block on my account and that there was enough money to make the purchase. This is a time sensitive matter so I would like immediate help

- Hi Patricia, I had a similar issue. It seemed that my bank would not put it through without contacting me first. But after I checked into my bank website on line and saw that they needed me to just verify it, I did so, then it worked. I checked this morning and the payment has been processed. This one has a 30 or 60 day money back guarantee, So I am going forward with the program. You're not alone, this is a tricky business trying to get all of the information to come together. I hope you can get the resolve that you want!

Well, after Checking with both credit card carries that I use, it appears that both the initial $43 and the $198 globe click amounts are both Pending still. Well, this is another issue then. It may be necessarily to contact the program officiator. I'll keep you posted on what happens next. Not Fun going through this !
