I applied for a personal loan online. I received a call from a 206-317-1301 number who promised to give me the loan if I made the 1st installment payment. I sent a payment to costa rica to a man via western union. I was supposed to get the money in 20 minutes. I never got the money and a man named kevin mattews called me back saying that I did not pay the right amount of tax to send the money or put my full name on the western union form so I had to send more money to get my money released to my bank account. I did not send the money and my money I sent is "lost to the Government". These people are very good at what they do and they do not care what you are going through. I am in worse shape than I have ever been.
