i bought a gold chain in february 2012.not even two months later,i was taking the chain off and it broke in two i put it up till one day i was in
the store.and talk with a lady in sears that was
real rude.i went to fred myers jewelers in salem
and paid to have it fixed.i picked it up put on.when i went to take it off it broke in a nother
spot i went back to fred myers and as the lady was taking the chain out of the bag to look at it broke agin rite in her hand in front of me and other workers.they told the chain is junk
i went back to sears.the rude lady that works
was of no help.i called sears company they to
was of help,other then putting off and give me
the run around.so i get stuck with gold chain
that is junk.i want other people to know so they
do not have to go throuh the lose i have.the
lose of 400.00 plus all time i have put in to
try and get this taken care of.
