I have used HCG successfully which I bought from my doctor on and off for a couple of years. I decided to try it from this website as a friend had recommended it to me. The website (which seems to have disappeared and is now in Russian!) said it came from Utah with a 30 day money back guarantee. Well I complained within 30 days and did not hear back for another month after asking for a return authorization and address. This is what I got back in an email !!!!

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply return the bottle/s within 30 days of ordering. We do apologize for any inconvenience; it's our company policy to deduct 20% shipping and handling fees.
