During the heat wave earlier this summer the air conditioning would not cool the apartment below 85 degrees. As a result of the air conditioning not working properly, my electric bills for July and August were more than $300 each. The apartment development insists the air conditioning was working properly. Because the heat affects my roommate and myself every minute of the day I am requesting my entire rent for July and August be refunded.
