Claimed he he was a SSGT with the US Army. Needed money to get money home that he received from a General in Afghanistan. Needed documentation and forms to show that is was not money laundering. Sent him the money over several months.
This month he claimed he was in London stuck at customs and needed money to pay for lawyer. Sent him money again. Gave me flight information that he was coming to Pittsubrgh on 8/23/2012, went to airport and waited and waited and waited. Checked with airline and the passenger list. No Michael Sinclair on any of the flights that he told me. I lost my job over this.
My mother died 8/30/2011 and I don't know if I did this as part of the grieving process. I did not want to be alone and I fell for this hook, line and sinker.
