There are people that are using the name Publisher Clearing House and many others. I have recieved many of these phone calls from scammers. Without going into detail about over a thousand of these calls that I personnaly got and who really knows how many others and how many calls they got and the interent and mail scams. Ther really has to be something done about this. What I really do not understand is how a scammer can call me on the phone try to scam me out of money and believe they can do this any time they want to and whenever they want to and believe me they believe this to be true. They have the freedom to try and scam anybody at any time and in any way. How sad is that.
