We built a swimming pool for our boys,but especially, for our two boys who suffer from a neuromuscular disease. We began dealing with this company back in May. Our pool is still not usable, do to what we were told is algae. This company has been here to resolve the problem at least 8 times to try and solve the problem and the pool is still cloudy. No one has been able to use the pool this summer, proving to be very disapointing to us, and especially our handicapped boys. We have been charged $2,333.00 with no results. I stopped by the business on Wed. 8/22/12 and spoke with the owner about the situation and he said he was unaware of the problem,even though his worker has been out here many times including this mo. It as a point now where nights are cooling and so is the pool which will make it unacepptable for the boys to swim. After seeing the owner on 8/22, he told me he would talk to his worker and contact me the next day. I still have not heard from him. I feel the whole thing is unaceptable and the cost to steep for no resolution and the fact that after all that money spent, the pool will not be used this year.
