Thank you to the poster for reporting this scammer! I had a very similar reply to my car I had listed on Kijiji. I googled his name and his name came up on this site...thanks to Scambook too..
I will paste what his reply to my ad said....
I'm very glad you want to sell this to me, i actually wanted to buy this for my dad, i reside at (3312 kenville mine road nelson bc v1l 6v6) due to the distance, also due to the nature of my job (offshore service technician) at an Oil rig, i am out of town at the moment so i wont be able to come to see for myself or pay cash but i rely on the information you gave me about the vehicle, also the pics you sent which depicts the vehicle is in a good condition.. I will send the funds now and also include the shippers fee to the total cost. I've been in contact with a shipping company and I just received an email from the shipping company that i need to pay them the Shipping fees which is $1200.00 CAD The only means of payment they require is western union. I don't have access to western union here due to the nature of my job. Immediately the funds hit your account. Please help me send the funds to the shipping company so they can come around to pick and handle the title. Let me know if this is okay and i will proceed with the payment. do get back to me the full name and email address you used to signed up for the account so that the funds can be sent asap. do email me the final price you want to sell this for so that I can transfer the funds asap.

Regarding the question you asked, go to their website www.paypal.com and create a personal account. you will use a name and email address to open the account and after you must have completed the opening with an email address, the email address you use, will be your account address and after you can get back me with the email address for me to issue the payment your account. kindly get this done and asap. the account is free.
