Officer Payne told me to send him $5,000 and I would receive $100,000.00. After I sent him $5,000 he asked me to send $25,000 and he would make the grant I was supposed to get $250,000.00 and a new 2012 BMW Jeep I6I,I asked him what the money was for and he said it was to pay US Customs and taxes on the money.
After I had sent the money a little at a time over a period of time via Western Union and Money Gram I asked him when he was going to send me my grant. He told me then he wanted $25,000.00 more and make the grant $500,000.00 and the Jeep. I told him I had no more money to send, just to send me the $250,000.00 and Jeep. He then said I owed $8,000.00 on the Jeep for insurance purposes. I told him to forget the Jeep and just send me the grant I had already paid for and he kept on telling me I owed Customs money before they could release my grant money. But he said what I could do is get a credit card and he would put money on that for me so I could pay my bills because I was out of money then. I told him you don't put money on a credit card unless it is a payment, just to deposit my money in my checking account and that way I could access it easier. He refused to do that. He even tried to convince me to sale our vehicles my husband' truck, my van and our maxima that we used as a back up car to raise the funds for the additional $25,000
dollars he requested. He continuedto call and text trying to talk with me. I have not heard from him now for about two weeks. The last date he contacted me was August 11th 2012
