Action Appliance came out on two occasions to repair a problem we were having with our refrigerator. They charged $595.39 the first time and $1,191.36 the second time. The problem still persisted. They came out a 3rd time and said a difference repair was needed. I called the company and tried to talk with the owner. A lady named Allison said he was not available and probably wouldn't talk with me. We contacted American Appliance. They came out today and fixed the problem for $422.24 and said the previously 2 repairs were not needed and obviously did not fix the problem.
