I brought my car into mercedes benz of cherry hill New Jersey the tech. had advised the sales mechanic that I needed vals kits which cost $575.00 I advised the sales mechanic (jim finch) to do just the left side he advised me that both side should be done. I give him the ok and told him that I needed my car back by Aug.18,2012, he called me on Aug.20,2012 claiming he called on friday which was a lie. I want to the shop on tuesday Aug.21,to get my car then I was told the strut had broke and they are refusing liability so now their trying to charge me $1,600.00 to get my car.

- I can't express how HAPPY I AM TO ACCIDENTALLY COME ACROSS THIS WEBSITE & Agustust's complaint referencing Cherry Hill Mercedes & their customary service practices!!!! 1Million thumbs up for Augustus!!!! I've taken my ML 430430 there on 3? I believe, different occasions for simple recalls and EVERY TIME I RETURNED to obtain my vehicle, SAME STORY AS Augustus. ... ANOTHER COSTLY PROBLEM MAGICALLY AROSE! I went as far as talking to the service manager, who seemed more interested in being late for lunch as well as being snidely condescending &I patronizing. I've grown up in every aspect of the auto biz, as my Father controlled major dealerships therefore I was extremely aware of what was taking place. The matters never were resolved. And I see it, that shop has lost a PLETHORA of business, as I NEVER hesitate to tell many fellow M.B. owners in which are among the upper echelon &lower have since switched to an independent M.B. shop in which the owner is straight from Germany, has lived & conducted his business here for many years. Very honest & pricing & advice. IN CLOSING, A.C. IS NO BETTER AND I ENCOURAGE MY FELLOW M.B. OWNERS TO STOP BEING LAUGHED AT AS YOU LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP AND LOOK UP THE HONEST, HARD WORKING MAN FROM STUGARDT... NOT SURE OF SPELLING... GERMANY. I'm sorry I don't think this website allows stating the name of his shop...Can I hint?? Near Red Lion circle. I just DESPISE M.B. OF C. HILL "AND" A.C.! EITHER YOU PAY OR YOUR VEHICLE IS HELD HOSTAGE...AND USUALLY ISN'T DRIVABLE UNTIL YOU GIVE IN TO THEIR PLOY AND ARE WORN DOWN ENOUGH UNTIL YOU'RE READY TO BURST THEN ARE BASICALLY FORCED TO TELL THEM,"JUST FIX IT" In the auto business you're then referred to as "A LAY DOWN" AND HIGH 5'S AS SOON AS U PAY & WALK OUT THE DOOR. BELIEVE ME!!!!
