whas visited at home by a company who said they could claim me money back on my council tax as i could be in the wrong banding. paid a cheque to them and i received a letter through the post confirming payment. all seemed to be going well then the company wrote to say they where been taken over by national rebanding. made many phone calls and been lied to ever since.
