Have been getting the run around since February trying to collect for a rush job for them. Supposedly accounting has been contacted and they are to get back to me. I continue to email Renee Williams who was my contact person for this BPO. She never answers the phone-only emails.
I just wonder who would contract with them for services since they have such a poor track record.
Any ideas on how to collect 6 month old bill for services rendered? Cindy S
