I got a voice mail on my work number from this person telling me to call him back at 786-378-6661, telling me that if I didn't that there would be a warrent under my name for the next morning. So I called that number back and I had the hardest time understanding him because he had a very very heavy accent he stated that I had an outstanding payday loan that I never paid back from 2006. I told him that I never did a payday loan back then, he then said that if I was refusing to pay then there will be a warrent for my arrest the next morning and also they would notify my work and tell them the kind of person that I am? he kept on reverting to are you going to take care of the claim that was reported to his office (because he stated that he was an attorney hired by Cash Advance of America). I told him I know of no such loan, he said that I can get rid of the warrent if I went to Walmart and purchased a green dot money pack and then I was to call him with some number (apparently I was to get it once I got that money pack) and then pay the $278 to stop the warrent. I asked him how much was this loan that Cash Advance of America is claiming that I took out but not paid back, at first he says it was a $500 loan but with all the attorney fees and such it would be $545.88! As I am trying to understand him he went on that if I didn't take care of it at that moment then the warrent would be issued tomorrow morning and that I would be arrested at my work. When I told him again that I know that I didn't take out a loan in 2006 he started screaming at me over the phone. Then I asked him again for how much was the loan again he stated that it was for $300 now, then I told him first you said $500 now it's $300, then he started yelling again and like I said he has a very very heavy accent. I was at work so I told him that I was going to put him on hold and would be right back. Well I went on line to see if this guy Justin Grey (or Gray) is legit with the number that he left on my voice mail, and it's a cell number somewhere in Miami-Dade County Florida!!! So then I turn to see if he is still on hold and no, he hung up.
