Hi i have gone to shore care clinic in northcross for the to see doctor and he prescribed the medicines on 18 of August 2012 such as Paracetamol,Anti-inflamtory and Antibiotics and i had taken these medicines from the northcross pharmacy which is just near by the shore care clinic. When i had taken the medicine on 18 and 19 after that on 19 aug 2012 i was having a cramps in my stomach and i went again to see the doctor in the shore care clinic on 20 aug 2012 and the doctor said that stop these medications it is due to this so i said ok after that i have not taken the medicine the problem was solved and on the next day on 22 august 2012 i called the North cross pharmacy and said them i have taken the medicines from you and by taking that i am having cramps in my stomach so my doctor said to stop the medications and now i want to return that back so that lady said that we cant refund the money for that but you can buy some other stuff for that money if you want so then i asked that is there any time limit that i need to return these medicines in particular time because i live far from northcross around 10KM so she said no any time you can come there is no time frame so i said ok ill buy the ARCH Support for the foot so she said ok sure you can come and see which one you want so i explained her that i want that model so she said we are not having that right now but will be available tomorrow you can pick up that tomorrow and she said we will call the you in the morning when it is available i said ok ill come then tomorrow after the call only she said ok so on 22 aug 2012 i recieved the call in the morning 9.30am Joshua was the person calling and said that you ARCH Support had come so can come anytime i said ok ill come in the evening so when i gone in the evening i returned the medicines to girl at the counter and she confirmed with someone and she said ok you arch support is here i said ok can i try that she said yes offcourse and after i tried that i said ok what difference in need to pay for that she said its 49.90 New Zealand Dollar i said that ok but what is the difference i have returned the medicines also for $50 New zealand dollars out of that some of the medicines i have not opened yet so how much i need to pay more so she said one moment ill confirm and then on old man aged of my father came to me said rudely that we can't refund you. you have to pay the whole amount for this if you want i said i had called yesterday and they said that you can buy other stuff for this amount but we cant refund the money to you so what was that he said no i was standing near by she didnt said like that.You are just wasting our time he was so rude to me first of all at that time i can be rude to him but just of his age i shut myself and then also he said dont come here again this is the service they are giving to the customers who are coming to the shop i am glad they are just making fool of the customers i was not having any proof so i was not able to justify this but the thing is being a overseas student it is so difficult to manage the expenses and these people are just cutting the pocket like anything but i can challenge that if some one can trace the call in which the interaction was done what i was being told that all is there recorded in that. I hope my complaint is to hear by some one who can help me and can help the other students like me
