I ordered from global needlecraft. Several weeks (after unanswered phone calls)the order arrived. It was defective and incomplete thus usless. I have made numerous calls(the number this morning was said to be out of service)and many unanswered e-mails .I can't return the "guaranted junk because I'm sure I would never see a refund. HELP
