I recently sent back 3 unopened bottles of the Fibra Detox, sold by Proslim. I first tried to cancel per instructions via the web address, when that didn't work, I went straight to the post office to mail them back. I received an email from Proslim saying that they cancelled my membership Tuesday August 15, 2012.
I called today Wednesday August 23, 2012 to found out what I needed to do to receive a refund. The gentleman asked me for my name and address, said he had to contact his manager. I was muted and kept on hold for 10 minutes, no one return to the phone. I called back 1:34pm Central Time and got an answering machine saying to call back during 8:30am to 5:00pm and not to leave a voice mail message. I called again, the same thing happened. I clearly called within the business would have been open and operating. What is my next step?
