I ordered a pump from this company...I got it it did not work...They asked me If I had a filter on the pump ...no ...because when I talked to the tech no filter was mentioned. They would not let me return it and they would not offer any type of replacement. I had the exact duplicate of the pump for years with no filter and it still works and worked perfectly until 2 months ago. this one never worked not even for 10 seconds...typical online company. Once they have your money they dont need you anymore
