Not sure how they retrieved my account information, but I saw this deduction on my account: It says "NSF RETURN ITEM FEE FOR ITEM $30.00 08/10 866-235-7681 PMT ASSIST 080911 110809032847 5NA PAYMENT ASSISTANCE 866-235-7681". I never bought an item for this amount according to my account statement.
