I got an email from ziinga advertising an auction site. I went on to the site and i put a bid in on an ipos nano which i won. When I was putting in my details to pay for it after I had put my card details in they said I had to send them a copy of my bank card and my birth certificate. I thought this was strange so i cancelled my transaction before it was completed. I thought this was the end of it until I noticed that £59.99 had been taken out of my account on the 22/07/2012. I emailed them but got no response. Then again on the 22/08/2012. I emailed again and they told me I had signed up for 3 months and they would not refund me as it was in the T&C. They also stated that they were going to charge me £35.99 for cancelling my account. I replied that I had not completed setting up my account but they are refusing to help me.
