This is a copy of a certified letter I sent to them and a month later I have not heard anything from them. I will keep trying and post any updates. If I dont hear anything by the end of the month I will be going to court and will post information on how to sue them.


To Whom It May Concern (Retoxor), July 31, 2012

I XXXXXXXXXX have been contacting your customer service at
1-800-301-4797 for the past two months for a refund of $149.99 that was charged to my account on May 30, 2012. The charge of $149.99 was posted on my account as pending on May 28, 2012, so I called May 29, 2012 to cancel the order that was placed because it was on back order. I was given Cancellation # C00040641, and I was told I should see a refund in 7-10 business days, so I called back and was told that I had to send a copy of my bank statement by fax. I called back a few days after to get the fax number again, and was told I did not need to fax anything in and would get a refund 10-20 business days. It has been two months now since I was charged and still I have no refund, and every time I call your customer service line I get a different answer. I have also been trying to get an e-mail sent to me, but even that is to hard for your employees to do, and also have been hung up on multiple times. The two supervisors I have spoken to are Jeff ID# 2011 and Aaron ID# 2118, and all they can tell me is that they will send an e-mail to their upper management. After two months of having your customer service and supervisor people tell me I will get a refund, I called today and three of your customer service people told me I will not get a refund because your records don’t show my account being charged $149.99 only a declined amount on May 25, 2012. July 30, 2012 I was hung up on by Robin & Sabrina who refused to give me their ID #’s, then I spoke to Wayne ID # 4031 that is three times I called your customer service and never got an e-mail sent to me nor got transferred to a supervisor. I am sending you this letter to inform you in writing of what has been my experience with your company and still two months after my first contact with your company no refund. Attached is copy of the charge you made to my account on MAY 30, 2012 for $149.99 to my card # ending in XXXX. This will be the last time I will get in contact with your company (Retoxor).
P.S. I have never experience such horrible customer service in my life your company is a joke I just wish I would have read the reviews your company has online because there is multiple customer that have had the exact same experience I have had with multiple review saying they have been promised a refund and have been waiting 4+ months.
