I purchased two Lazyboy reclines in September of 2010. They provided eitht attemptempter seatrests/footrests over an 18 month period. They never deliver a product which was not defective. Customer Service declared that since they went bweyond the warranty period, I was not entitled to a chair which was not defective. I was offered the opportunity to pruchase two replacement defective footrests at $365 each. Not only does the inability of Lazyboy to provide me with two non-defective chairs for one and a half years as not acceptable, I am appalled at the suppestiion that I purchase an addition two chair seats at my own expence.

I would like to have the devefctive chairs removed from my home or two chairs which are not defedtive delivered ( if you have any)to replace these.
Your factory had the chutspa to deliver one replacement which was defective when delivered!
]The Chattonooga LacyBoyStore has provided my service in an exemptlary manner. Lazyboy customer service personel tell me they cannot access data because this is not an owned sstore. That is not acceptable to me. Lazyboy sells it's procucts and services its products throut this store. Get on the phone or internet and the history of the fiasco with my chairs is documented.
I intented to acquest to customer service refusas to satisty my clairm. I talked to a local person who does furniture recovering who turned out to be a former Lasyboy emplplee. He encouraged me to let senior administration know of what had transpired with me.
He also suggested that tolerances at the Fulton Factory be corrected. The only way the separation I am experienciene coult occur is if the seam is being sewn too close to the edge. You would think someone would have figured this out in 18 months- which has led me to consider Lazyboy overated regarding quality.
